A strong commitment to lifestyle changes is hard to make, right? Most of us periodically list all of the things that we intend to change to make our lives better. We stick to these resolutions faithfully for about two weeks and then the gradual slide begins. The gradual slide is a progressive loosening of the commitment to make a change. If you find yourself on that gradual slide, take a few minutes to reassess your goals, focus on one, and recommit.
