Target Heart Rate Zone Calculator


Finding the Zone

To improve fat metabolism, burn calories, and increase the efficiency of your cardiovascular system, work out in your target heart rate zone. To find your zone, simply enter your age in the calculator and click on the "equals" button.

If you're out of shape, have a health condition, or are taking medication, be sure to check with your doctor about your target zone.
