New! Big Changes to Warrior Tasks and Battle Drills
They may become a part of your unit's fitness program. New WTBD training list

TRADOC has made significant changes to the Army's Warrior Tasks and Battle Drills (WTBD), which govern how recruits are prepared to be Soldiers during basic training. The new list has a greatly reduced list of tasks, subtasks, and battle drills; all of which will be useful to every Soldier throughout his or her career.

NEW Warrior Tasks and Battle Drills
Many tasks on the old list were taught to everyone but used only by specialized troops after basic training. Detailed information about the new WTBD can be found at the Army Training Network site on AKO.
