C–14. Easy ways to save calories
One sure way to save calories without reducing PORTION SIZE is to choose foods that are:
Lower in sugar. Each teaspoon supplies an additional 20 calories.
Lower in fat. (Each teaspoon supplies an additional 45 calories).
