List of Assessment Tests

This is the list of fitness tests that we need to add into the fitness profile:

3 minute step test

push ups

sit ups

chest press

leg press

one mile walk/run

sit and reach flexibility (I am not sure the standard norms we have been using match the ones with your piece of equipment )

hip-to-waist ratio

body mass index

bioelectrical impedance (you may already have this available as a choice)

cholesterol - total/HDL/LDL/ cholesterol ratio

triglyceride level

blood glucose level

blood pressure
