Worksite Wellness Program
Outcome Objectives

The WWP has four major activity components - civilian fitness program, health education and awareness classes/ seminars, Targeting Health newsletter, and occasional intervention activities. Each of these components works in conjunction with the other to bring about positive health changes in their lifestyle attitudes and behavior. It involves fitness, nutrition, mental, spiritual, and health risk areas. The ways we have been and/or will plan to measure these components are in the following ways:

Attendance
Sick leave
Work productivity and morale
Attitude and energy level
Activity participation level
Fitness components:
Blood pressure
Cholesterol
Muscular strength and endurance
Flexibility
Body composition

Attendance logs, sick leave records, customer satisfaction questionnaires given to participants and Supervisors, follow-up participation surveys, and pre and post fitness assessments, will measure these criteria.
