The Worksite Wellness Program has recently completed two 6-month sessions of the civilian fitness program, Targeting Fitness (TF). As a Supervisor of participants in the program, you are in a unique position to give feedback to its effectiveness as it relates to the organization. Please answer the following questions as a Supervisor, and add any additional comments you wish to make. Your answers will be extremely helpful in making improvements for future programs in this and other commands. All responses will be kept confidential.
